Minister of Justice

Annelies started her professional path at the international law firm DLA Piper, eventually leading the Belgian branch as co-Managing Partner.

In 2020, she became Minister of Internal Affairs. Since February 2025, Annelies serves as the Minister of Justice and the North Sea.
